  My wife and I were fed up with Verizon came in to close our account and we spoke with Rikki. She did her very best to save us as customers she was not pushy and actually cared for our needs. This store is very clean and the employees care. Thank you Rikki. We will be back to see her !!

  BEST SERVICE EVER! My daughter and I went into the store to look into upgrading our family phones. Rikki immediately greeted us and was AMAZING! She was helpful, patient, knowledgeable...and she even offered to ship my college son’s phone to him free of charge! She threw in some free accessories with our purchase and told me to call her when our first bill came in and she would make sure that we weren’t being charged any unnecessary fees. It was by far the best customer service we have ever received anywhere! Thank you so much, Rikki!
