  My experience with Monaghan Mechanical was truly great. It was customer service at its finest. After a dissatisfying experience with a different local vendor, I was referred to Kevin and the folks at Monaghan Mechanical to repair my AC unit. From the initial phone call, the staff at Monaghan Mechanical were polite, helpful, and professional. Jay the technician did a great job diagnosing the problem and had the parts the very next day. Monaghan Mechanical clearly has a very high standard of quality for their work. After the first replacement part wasn't working to Jay's liking, he personally went to retrieve a better replacement part that fixed the issue. He worked on our AC as if it were his own, not quitting until it was running in top notch condition again. Jay kept me informed of his progress throughout the entire job, and was very flexible to my shedule. I would absolutely recommend Monaghan Mechanical for any AC repair work. Honest, courteous, highly skilled, and fairly priced!
