- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆May 21, 2019, by Bella SmithI brought my wedding set in for sizing and replacement of a lost diamond. The sizing took 1 1/2 weeks and they couldn't do it at all. They didn't put a new diamond in until I showed up. The stone they super glued in and was way bigger than the others in the ring. I asked them to take it out and got a refund but it has not gone through like they said it would in a day and it has been over 3 days. Over the phone they suggested that my ring would fit better if I just gained some weight. I would rate zero stars if that was an option.
