  Go the Apple Store in Spokane: it's worth it. Incompetent service and completely unprofessional customer-service with Mac Service NW. I requested a data recovery (it takes max two days at the Apple Store) and he insisted on trouble-shooting the computer when I'd already told him the logic board was toast. Bad-mouthed the "Geeks" at Apple, too. A WEEK later and the only way I even got a phone call was by repeatedly calling him. No data recovery: claimed he needed to order some equipment in order to do the job. When I asked for a receipt for the $25 charge (for the work HE insisted on trying ... and did nothing) he couldn't even get his printer to work. Go to the Apple Store in Spokane. It took less than 24 hours and it's DONE: courteous and professional, too. At least they won't jerk you around and take your money for nothing; with them, the policy is no repair, no charge. If there were a way to post negative stars, that's what it would be.
