  Great customer service. However, the quality of the furniture is horrible. The center of the couch we purchase caved in. The wood used to build it was very cheap quality. The recliner stool on the loveseat ripped in half after getting stuck in the reclining position. The lounge chair we purchased is uneven with the floor. The floor models seemed to be better quality, so make sure you check it out closely.

  Go elsewhere! Near as I can tell they are liars about inventory availability. Was told an item was in stock, which really meant it was in a warehouse 3 hours away and it would be a simple transfer in a few days. 12 days later, no transfer, warehouse keeps telling me a story. Random salesperson on the phone will not refund, says I have to talk to actual sales rep who is not in. When I ask for the manager, he is not available either. Shoddy practices here.
