  We recently went to Comfort City to look for a bed for our daughter. We found a nice bed, but still wanted to shop around. Found a better mattress elsewhere, but came back to Comfort City for an awesome mattress cover that we really liked. Upon returning and pleasantly letting them know we unfortunately bought a mattress elsewhere but were still interested in the mattress cover, we were no longer greeted with warm, friendly service. The lady who was trying to sell us the mattress still seemed nice, but another old woman who appeared to be her manager decided to interrupt us, and gave us an attitude about the whole situation. Yes, we didn't buy a mattress from you this time around, but you just guaranteed that we will never buy a mattress from you in the future. We will not even stop in the store because of the way we were treated. All in all, there are much better places to buy a mattress and we don't need to deal with a saleswoman who can't remember to be courteous and respectful to her customers. Sincerely, Customers No More
