  UPDATE Gary, the Regional Manager spoke with my boyfriend today and was courteous and helpful while resolving our issue with Jon's unprofessionalism. He removed the unnecessary charges and apologetic. We are grateful for Gary listening and going above and beyond what his job calls for to correct our situation. Thank you too Gary, Shelly and Lisa for being professional and helping us. Jon is so unprofessional, petty and the quality of furniture is NOT worth the mark up. My boyfriend and I came here because we were needing a couch and nothing was working out on Craigslist. The couch is not worth the almost $3,000 it's going to be in the end. The seams tear easily and the nightstand lamps belongs to another set. The tags were still left on them so we know it's not worth as much as what we're paying for it. One month we were late my boyfriend called to pay and they said there was a $10 fee for visiting the home. I am a stay-at-home mom and not once did anyone ever show up from Aarons. I'm here everyday all day and night and not a single day did anyone stop by from Aarons. Not to mention that usually hang something on the door to let you know that they stopped by that didn't happen either. So they're just charging you for nothing. Jon called one of my references just to be a pain. We had just made a payment the week prior and he was calling my reference as if he couldn't find us. He didn't like that I caught him in a lie about them coming to my house. When he calls he's monotone and not friendly at all. We will never be getting anything else from that store. You're better off just putting payments into an account and saving up until you can actually afford to buy something straight out from either a store or online. Awful service and terrible prices for mediocre furniture. It's not durable enough to last years.
